Got banned for a lame post

It didn't make me feel very good to find out about me being banned for a "lame post". Hmmm... I wonder which one, but I can't argue with that because I know that I catch myself repeating my words and what I say. So, I guess I can't blame someone for finding my post to be a lame one. It is not easy to keep talking when sometimes you just have nothing to talk about. It bores me and I am not sure how long I can keep up with what I do online since I post boring topics. How can I possibly make my posts exciting? I think the only way is to go back to school and study English and find other vocabulary words to spice up my writing. Lame is dumb, right?
