We need a landscape maintenance

I wish we have someone who can help us with making our property look nice because it needs a curb appeal. When we want to sell our house the first thing that people would notice is usually how it looks on the outside; the landscape design and how neat it is being kept. Well, our yard is not in good shape, it needs to be redesigned and maintained. We could use some help, especially tips and guide, and you know what? I actually found a website that will be offering free tips and guides with landscape maintenance, so that might just help us. Now, that website is being made available by a landscape company in Arizona, which also if my husband's sister and niece who recently purchased their homes there needs help, that company is one they can come to.

Tiana's Halloween Parade

We went to Tiana's school to see her and other kids in a parade. Well, she had a great time and now we are home preparing to go for our trick or treating kick. We will go as soon as it is dark enough to go out and start trick or treating. Our neighborhood here is kinda dead; nobody seems to be anxious about giving out candies, so we will try to drive to some other exciting neighborhood for our trick or treating fun...LOL. The last year it didn't seem like anyone ever stopped by in our neighborhood for a trick or treating deal. Nobody is up for it in our street; the people living here seems like they are having a Good Friday...LOL. Anyway, I will be dressing up the kids and me and off we go. Tiana is a rainbow princess, Hannah is a cute pumpkin patch baby, and I, on the other hand is a witch. Our costumes are neat looking I think; colorful and lively. Okay, this is all, may you all have fun trick or treating. You can scare people but never do evil things that could hurt people, which are not part of the party...LOL. Just booohooh here and there and make it a fun holiday. Take care and enjoy! Below you can see the three of us...LOL.

GoDaddy coupons to save you money

When I first decided to get a domain, I made my purchase at GoDaddy. However, since no one could help me set up my domain to work with my blog, I had to cancel it. But, I must say that GoDaddy offers a lot of big savings on domain names, and its other hosting services. I like Go Daddy, it has some great conveniences for people needing domain names and hosting packages for either small online businesses or for people's personal websites. Anyway, I came across a godaddy coupons to save those who are interested in purchasing domain names, and hosting packages some money. The domain names are going for as low as $1.99. It is a good deal because with GoDaddy, you can be sure you are getting a fine service. The customer support is available on call or e-mail, and I had a very good experience with it. Someone answered my request right away, and was able to make me better understand how things work, only not in a way that I wanted which was configuring my CNA names and make my domain work. Anyway, don't forget that there is money saving coupons available online for shopping at GoDaddy. Be sure to take advantage of them, because every penny you can save counts. It just too bad I couldn't include another link for you to visit-the page or list didn't work.

Happy Halloween!!!

It is Halloween night tonight and well, we are off to trick or treat. Tiana went to school bringing her costume in her back pack. She couldn't just wear it as instructed by the school...weird. They are going to have a parade, so we will be going to her school soon to attend it. We want to capture it on video and take a few pictures. I will make my scrapbooks soon and post them on my personal blog where I keep my recaps. Okay, this is all for now. May you all have a Happy Halloween!!!

Access your files wherever you may be

Everyone that deals with important documents both online and offline can now have a way to gain access to their files anywhere in the world where there is a computer and internet connection. Now, I like that idea, because I could be storing some of my important information, data, and files that I may need if I am away somewhere far from home. It is actually well suited for those people running a business and people that deals with important documents. You just never know what can happen, when something calls for information that you just didn't have with you, and that you can only get through a computer. See, in the situation where you left an important data behind, but then, there you have it, an Online Storage that you can gain access to wherever you may be in the world. So, that certainly offers convenience and innovation with the fact that your files and data can now be accessed even if you are not at home or at work. It is definitely a great way to manage your files, a fast and convenient way with just drag and dropping them between windows and internet explorer.

Dancing with the stars

I watch dancing with the stars and my, those dancers are good! I wish I can do what they do. We have a few favorites and so far they are staying alive...LOL. Anyway, it is so much fun to watch such exciting show. We always enjoy it because those dancers can dance. The only thing though, Marie has fainted a couple of times already, oh, it must be from exhaustion. Imagine you really have to work so hard to be able to dance like them. Marie is a pro, but not in that kind of dancing. So, no wonder she fainted, furthermore, it must be because of her age, she is in her 40's, you know. Okay, this is all for now, see you all!

Be safe this Christmas with LED Lighting

We all want to make our holiday as safe as possible for everyone especially our beloved family. Now, for those who are looking for a better alternative in Christmas lighting, you might want to consider visiting a website where you can purchase LED String lighting that won't ignite any fire hazard material in your home during the holidays. Also, you can conserve energy using LED Christmas tree lights, and that you will be saving a lot of money in the process. They are not only safe to use but very energy saving because they use 80-90% less energy than incandescent lights. But, it doesn’t mean they don't work just as good, because they can light up your Christmas tree beautifully and make your residence stunningly decorated with Outdoor LED Christmas lights that can be used year after year. As for my family and I, sure, we will look in to it, because we want to protect our family, too. We have little ones and that is important for us to make sure that we won't have a holiday tragedy. That would be awful, I have heard stories about that, you know, and we want to avoid going in that direction if we can help it. Now, let's see about using the LED Christmas tree lights for a safe holiday season.

We are going trick or treating

My girls and I are going to trick or treating tomorrow night...yahooh! I bought a costume for each of us to be able to go trick or treating this year, because last year, we didn't make it. I just had a baby then-that is why, and the year before we didn't get to go either for some lazy reasons. Now this year we are going; my husband will watch over us, thank goodness, because I would be so afraid to walk around with just the three of us, or Tiana and me...LOL. Someone could terrorize us; I mean do horrible things even if it is time for scaring people-Halloween. So, a good thing we have somebody who can fend for us a little better than I can anyway. Anyway, I will be a greeny witch tomorrow, a good witch I think, I am not going to paint my face green or anything like on the "Wizard of Oz" movie witch...LOL. I'll be a good witch dressed up nicely; I adore my costume, because I think it is pretty, though in the picture it may not show up as pretty. Anyway, I have got to go, get going here, I have work to do. I need to prepare our costumes and wash up a bit.

We can save big on T-Mobile phones

My husband and I are on a "pay as you go" plan as of this time, but we are thinking about switching to T-mobile. See, according to my husband and based on his research online-from reading reviews and all, T-mobile offers the best plan compare to the other leading cellphone plan providers. He said it would be the right provider for us because of its fav-five feature and the fact that we can get more minutes. However, what he doesn't care about is signing up for a two year contract plan. But wait, we don't have to after all, because I recently found a website that has T-Mobile phones available for us to purchase under a one year contract plan which offer better deals than of those other competitors out there like wirefly.com, and tmobile.com itself. So, maybe we can make our switch to T-mobile then, because my husband and I really likes the sound of that fav-five feature that will enable us to call five people that we choose to be on our top five call list. See, with that, we can talk to them unlimited. That is what we like the most other than the more minutes that we can get by going with the T-mobile plan. As for which type of phone I would be interested in, well, a RIM BlackBerry Pearl or a similar phone if I have the money will make a nice one for me, but if not, a T-Mobile Wing™ is quite nice to consider as the next best thing, because I like to be able to surf the net and send text or chat on my YM like I often do.

Websites just up to trick someone like me

I am into knowing my future, meaning I enjoy tarot card reading and palm reading as well as horoscope reading. However, some time ago I was fooled; got suckered when I came upon a website that supposedly had something for me to read that after I answer all the questions and click through a number of surveys, my result will be given to me. But in order to get my result I had to comply with the following surveys and at least pick a few sponsored ads to get to my result providing my personal information and cellphone number in the process. Now I am receiving endless telemarketer calls, bombarding me for ads I don't want and want to sucker me again with subscribing to magazines that I could be paying for years.
The problem is that since I am a pay as you go phone customer, if I ever answer my calls again, it will cost me the minutes that I don't want to waste just talking to a bunch of telemarketers. I have wasted at least 30 minutes off my remaining minutes. Oh, it makes me mad that there those people who create websites fooling people into believing they are for real yet they are not, and they are using tactics where they put you in a situation in which you can't get out of, and in the end you get nowhere anyway like I wound up the last time I took a tarot card reading. It was frustrated and definitely a trick. A good thing my cellphone has a caller id feature that if someone calls I would see who is calling firsthand before I answer...LOL. I want to get rid of my phone for a much better phone and real deal.

A Surety Patient Trust Bond

Most companies are bonded, because most of the time they can't guarantee that at the time of a desperate situation they can deliver. There are normally just three different types of surety bonds and they are the following: Commercial Bonds, Contract Bonds, and Court Bonds. The Fidelity Bonds are not exactly one of them because they are more like a type of insurance. Anyway, let me share about one of the bond types that I know a little about, and that is the commercial bonds. Now, for example, a Patient Trust Bond is a surety bond that guarantees a reimbursement of patients mismanaged fund. It is a bond for ensuring the patients' monies are not being mismanaged by the facility. A situation like people that are on Medicare or Medicaid will have a sheer chance of getting the benefits they are entitled to because of the third party undertaking the obligation of the second party which is the oblige. The surety bonds play an important role with securing the benefits of the patients to be served in due time whether the facility is able to give the benefits or not. That is what a surety bond for, its purpose is to cover for the obligee or company that is supposed to give the benefit in case the company or obligee cannot keep up with its obligation. The hospitals, nursing homes and related facilities are the kind of facilities that uses those kinds of surety bonds. The surety bond, of course, turns around to the obligee for its refund or reimbursement of whatever it has done for the company. It is more like a life saver for the company, really-a back up.

Blog of the Month

I would like to thank a fellow blogger and my sister Nora for passing the "Blog Of The Month" award on to me. How nice of them to think that my blog deserves an award such as being a blog of the month. Thank you Wilson and Sis. Nora! I am honored and quite proud having received it. I just didn't get to post it sooner since I have been very busy. Imagine I spent the whole afternoon the other day just trying to come up with the video opp I had been waiting to catch-I need the money, so I figured I am not going to worry about what I look like or sound like anymore. It is worth a try and I did what I can to do it well. However, I did not get to be creative like I should have. But oh, well, that is how things go sometimes. It was my first time trying after all-to be on video...eheheh. I am usually very camera shy, but thinking about the reward, it compelled me. Okay, until here for now. I am staying up a bit late to finish something tonight. I was actually busy the whole day today because I was preparing for our baby's 1st birthday. I was getting our house all cleaned up, and dressed our little one which didn't take a lot of time. See yah!

A topical pain relief that works

I recently discovered a new pain relief that works for me. It is simply called Freeze It-a pain relief gel for someone like myself who has a bad back, joint pains, and minor aches and pains that I sometimes experience from sitting too long in front of our computer. Now on here, I included a video testimonial to let you know that I have it and I am using it. In fact, I am recommending it to those of you who are suffering from muscle, joint or arthritis pain because if it works for me, I am sure it will work for you, too. So don't miss out, be sure to try this topical pain relief for any aches and pains you might be experiencing. It is quite effective, affordable, and convenient to use. You may watch my video for a good look at it, and don't forget to visit the website for more information. You can get it at almost any local store near you like at CVS, Rite-Aid, or at Walmart-where I purchased mine. So there you go, take it from me, because I know.

My Better-Half

I am tag by In-in with this better half thingy, so here is mine. Thanks for tagging me, In! Anyway, this tag is simple. If you feel comfortable and your better half does too, you can post a picture of him in your blog ( but if not a description will do). May it be babies picture anything that you like with the following:

1. First name: if he doesn't like his name plastered all over the internet, a pet name will do.
2. How and where did you meet?
3. Characteristics
4. Your plans 20 to 30 years from now.

-My husband goes by the name of Rick.

-As for how we met, well, he found a pen pal magazine where he wrote to a couple of young women in the Philippines, and one of them happened to be around where I lived. However, he never received a response from the girl he wrote to in my area-she was already married or getting married to a western man for one thing, so she passed his address to another lady. Not to me, but then the lady didn't write to him either. So I decided to temp my fate and wrote to him instead...LOL. I was quite young then, but it didn't matter because I was too wrapped up-ambitious and had my mind set in living a better life than what I would be living married to a high school sweetheart or somebody my age. I wanted to follow my cousin's footstep who married someone in the western world which compelled me to do the same, ambitious indeed. Anyway, that is how I met my better half, and we met in Dumaguete city, Negros Oriental in the Visayas region Philippines for the very first time back in the year 1998, on the 29th of June. Whoa, 9 years ago.

-His characteristics are fine, he can be a nice guy, easy to get along, talk to, has a good heart, and everything in between that makes him a well rounded person to have around. He is okay. My family likes him for being so kind, giving and thoughtful.

-I can't say what our plan is 20-30 years from now, who knows, and only time will tell. Time is too unpredictable to be planning anything. But if I have to say, maybe travel the world if possible...LOL.

Alright, this is all. Anyone that likes this tag can grab it, feel free.

Food Network at www.Spock.com

I found a website that is a leading people search application which combines next generation search technology and community contributions to create relevant results. Its mission is to help any of us find and organize information about people in our lives. The website is called Spock at http://www.spock.com/. And do you know that I found those entertaining chefs there? Well, it is definitely the website to see about those Food Network Personalities like some of my favorites Chefs. Imagine I can find them there at the http://www.spock.com/q/food-network, and can even see how old they are, what their specialties are, etc.
How nice and convenient that I found it. I can now have a way to specifically search for the people I would like to look up on the net. There is also a way for me to join in, that if I know something which might be helpful and informative to others, I could make my contribution by signing up. The options are that to shape what people find about us on the internet, share our knowledge, get informed, and stay in touch. The website offers a very functional tool to search for people that contributes a lot to our society.
We could look up for people we are interested in by typing in their names, locations, or simply the keywords to find them online. Now, that is great! I am glad I found the website, so I can start looking for those I want to get know a little more than just seeing them on television. It is exciting to read about them, like those Food Network Personalities/Chefs that can cook and keep us entertained. Surely, the http://www.spock.com/ is a great place to start our search for interesting people we like to find out more about.

GetWaked for wake surfing products

One of the challenging yet very thrilling water sports is wake surfing. I have seen that on television, and I think it is fun. Anyway, I just thought I would share a little something about that since there are people that could use some help-tips I mean and guide with what are the best wake surfboards to get. See, I found a wake surfboard website that will have those things available for purchase very soon, and so, for those who are into wake surfing, be sure to keep the website in mind.
Going from what I read there, the products will be top notch, so be sure to visit the website for more information and look in to what you will need. Perhaps, you have some suggestions to make, hurry in and visit the website for it to be made. You can make a difference by specifying your custom needs; maybe they can supply you with the wake surfboard you are looking for.
There will be wake surfboards sale coming up soon. So, watch for it, and save on your purchase. A visit to the website will help clear things up in terms of a better understanding about the website and products. There are ways to learn how you can use a wake surfboard behind your boat, and more. All you have to do is come, visit the website and read. Take some time to know the website and maybe even recommend a certain product you would like to see on the website. By the way, the website is very easy to remember, it is called GetWaked, a website for you if you are a person that loves wake surfing.

Discount perfumes, colognes, and fragrances

I am always willing to try out new things and that includes shopping for fragrances. Well, I found a website that has many discount perfumes, colognes and fragrances for both men and women. So, I thought I would want to see about buying a perfume for myself or my loved ones. That website is dedicated to helping breast cancer, which means, if we shop they will donate. I will look in to something I can afford for gift-giving this Christmas. So, I am glad I found the website, because it has the discount I need. It is a nice site for me to shop for brand name perfumes, colognes, and other fragrances.

What a tiring trip

We had to go down to Chicago yesterday to take our baby daughter to see a Surgeon and my goodness, it was such a tiring trip. It was no fun at all, we had to ride a big company bus for 6-7 hours one way. The back and forth trip all together was more than 12 hours, plus we had to wait for an hour or so for others to get on the bus. So, oh, that was awful. We all feel very tired. In fact, I woke up to prepare our eldest daughter for school this morning and had to go back to bed to sleep more. I am not sure how our daughter is managing at school-I imagine she can't help dozing off and on. Usually she gets written up for almost all her naughty behaviors, it seems that the Teacher is getting used to writing her up every so often. Hmmm... That makes me wonder what's next. Anyway, I made a scrapbook out of scratch for now and I just included it here, it's Hannah at 11 months old.

Cute Dog Apparel

What a perfect time to get all the pets dolled up for this winter. I mean some people just loves pampering their pets with outfits that make them look even cuter. Our neighbors has cute dogs, and I would say that if they want to get their dogs looking great, they should visit the website I found, because there are so many cute dog apparel available for purchase online. In fact, there is a sale going on for this week only up to October the 19th in which anyone can save 60% off on all Donald Pliner Leather Dog Clothing! What a deal, it is saving big money. So, definitely, I will let our neighbors know about the sale and recommend them to such luxury pet supplies retailer. They can certainly find all the dog outfits they would need to get their dogs ready for the cold and holiday season, or any season for that matter. We might even get something for our cat, if we can find one cute outfit. Anyway for those of you who enjoy dressing your pet, why not stop by the website and look around? You might just find that perfect outfit or apparel for your pet!

I am confused with excluded domains

I learned my lesson by grabbing opps that exclude domains. See, I grabbed an opp that excluded livejournal which I didn't think would affect me having a bravejournal. So, it makes me wonder if bravejournal is considered a livejournal. I wish someone can tell me. Anyway, I have to hold back when I see an opp that exclude domains because I have written a long post before only to end up having it rejected to be removed because my journal was under the excluded domains. Boy, what a waste of time, so from now on I'll try to watch what I grab. I can't grab just anything. Okay, this is all for now. Thanks a bunch peeps for visiting my blogs even when I don't get to update often. Have a great day!!!

Shop and save using money saving coupons

It's amazing that these days, we can just shop right from home, even things for our pet. We have a cat. Anyway, I found a website that has different merchants listed offering money saving coupons for shopping online. In fact, since my husband loves our cat so much, he can look in to this 1800PetMeds coupons to save money on what he needs for our pet. By the way, it is not all that I came across at the site, I also found a lot more coupons for shopping at Overstock and Kohls. Those stores are offering big savings, so I could save a lot of money shopping during the holidays.

A photo from our trip to Midland, Michigan

Hi everyone, I just want to share a picture I snapped while on our trip to Midland, Michigan. It was a short and quick trip because we were just picking up airplane parts that my husband's friend ordered. My husband offered to pick them up for his friend, so the kids and I also tagged along. I just thought it would be exciting to come along for a ride. So, that was fun even though we had to go back home right away. Now this coming Wednesday, we will be taking off again to Chicago, Illinois. We will be taking our little one to an Orthopaedic Surgeon. She has a leg problem-born with a birth defect, so that is why we are going to see a Surgeon. We hope that something can be done to help get our daughter's leg fixed. Anyway, I have been busy on my journal, so I don't often get to make a lot of updates here. But here let me share a picture to make my blog entertaining and fun to visit every once in a while. Well, that is if you have not been dropping by often...LOL-lurking here...ahahah! It is the three of us; Tiana, Hannah, and me Ana. Okay, so long!

Simply Me for a Blog of the Day!!!

It's another nice surprise for me. My blog here made it as "Blog of the Day"...wow! I think it is exciting. I am learning that maybe since I am a frequent blogger, what I mean is that since I am one of the active PPP posties, my blog was chosen to be the blog of the day. It must have something to do with how active you blog. I have been blogging on a daily basis, and I am guessing that is what it takes to be featured as blog of the day. Plus, you have to do a good job with your posts, meaning try not to have them rejected-meet all the requirements before submitting. Anyway, I stayed up till the wee hours early this morning, and here I am still wide awake. I was making some changes to our computer and decided to log in my PPP account, and, of course, to take a peek at who made it as blog of the day...LOL. I was getting sleepy actually, but then when I saw my picture there, my sleepiness was just gone. Oh, I was surprise, and was taken aback that there I am again. I certainly do appreciate the PayPerPost for having my blog as blog of the day; it does make me proud and happy. It helps drive traffic to my blog, you know. Doing a good job pays off, I would say. Well, I do try as hard as I can, and will try to do better as I go along. Okay, I think, it's time for me to call it a night, really, it's my bedtime, and I missed out on my beauty sleep already. Yep, seems like I will be an old lady in no time. And oh, thanks so much for stopping by! See yah!

P. S. I changed my picture for something new to look at.

I should have Dentemp OS

Some time ago I had to go to a Dentist to get one of my molar teeth filled. I actually had to have a root canal and you know I had some episodes where I thought my tooth filling would come loose and come out. In fact, I am really worried about my filling because I might have damaged it due to eating a lot of jaw breaking foods. So sometimes, I just can't help to think about it coming out unexpectedly, especially if my family and I are out eating somewhere. However, I happened to find a website that can come to the rescue if something unexpected like that happens. Yes, it is a website that has a temporary dental repair solution for me that is quick and easy to use whenever I need it. I am glad I found the website because now, I won't have to worry so much about embarrassing myself in public. What a way to save myself the humiliation finding the Dentemp OS online because it will fix my filling in minutes, as fast as within 30 minutes, then I can eat again. It is resealable-no waste there, safe to use because I can eat on it, and convenient because there is no need for mixing it. I will certainly look in to getting it and have it handy wherever I go. It's very nice to know that there is a product available for me to avoid some unpredictable moments like losing my filling. I would say that it is definitely the product to get for anyone wanting to avoid the humiliation of having a filling come out or have a loose cap at an unexpected time.
