I am always in pain, like I have this awful joint pain, and they crack. Boy, when I am moving my leg and twist my back then I am hearing fire crackers going off. Oh, at my age I am already sick worse than those who are way older than I am. I can't believe I would be in this predicament. What could have I done wrong to cause myself such misery? I wish someone can help me with this pain I am having. I have been having these aches and pains of mine ever since our eldest daughter Tiana was born. Gosh, am I having arthritis? Can these joint pains that I have be arthritis or rhreuma? Strange but how could that be at my age?

Hi There, I accidentally read your blog just now....I was doubt to give you comment or not. I dont like to be sound rude but as concern for you (you dont know me but I am also from phils.) About your joints pain , fatigue, tired. Joints cracking and you feel like 80 years old woman thats what I am feeling....I am still young about your age. Have you check your blood? My physician took me blood test and yes at our young age it is possible that we can have arthritis bec. of our changing hormones but I found out that I have lupus too...and those are my symptoms. I am just concern about you. I am stranger but I am filipina too thats where my concern came from. I dont know how to send you message that will not pulish publicly but you can just delete this message for privacy if you like....I understand how you feel.... :-)
Hi there, thanks for sharing your thoughts and for beinng concerned about me. I appreciate it. I am actually glad you left me a message here. I am curious about your symptoms. Does it hurt to have lupus? I have never heard of that pa eh, so I am curious. I feel the same for you, I feel bad that we suffer from such conditions at our young age. Di bagay talaga sa age natin. I hope we will get better and be well. Let's try to get out of such predicament, maybe some Docs can help. We just need to exercise and take multi-vitamins indeed. I will try that, and try to sleep early can sure help. Okay, thanks for the info, and insight. No need to hesitate or say being rude, it is not rude at all, I don't consider it being rude but helpful and informative. Thanks!
Hi, I saw your blog by accident too. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis when I was 39 (I know I had it starting from when I was about 35 or so). I can't tell how old you are from your photo, but the doctors said younger people are being diagonised with this these days. Part of it is having office jobs where you sit for several hours a day which a human body is not meant to do. I have found in the last two years that daily exercise (10 minutes even) and stretches help enormously, and for me, glucosamine supplements make a big difference. Also, before getting out of bed each day, I lie on an electric heat pad for a few minutes until the pain goes away (I have osteoarthritis in my back and hips). Hope all this helps!
I see, thank you, Mona. You are very helpful and informative. I might try the supplement you are using, maybe it will help me, too. I think I might have the same problem like you have because I have been sitting too much, using our computer. So, I need to execise and get up often. So, yes, you are absolutely right about the human body being not meant to do such. So, I will need to get going with living my life a little more in order. Thanks for the insight and information. It will help me a great deal. As for my age I am in my late twenties, actually 26-27 years old. But my husband said anyone can get athritis even as young as me or younger. Okay, thanks for coming back here, I appreciate your thoughts and concern. Take care always, I feel bad for you, too. Let's hope we'll get better or cope with the pain somehow. I'll work on mine.
